Madera County Judgment against Drunk Driver.  Chandler Law was retained by the victim of a collision caused by a drunk driver.  The victim was seriously injured.

Medical Malpractice Jury Verdict.  Jury trial resulted in medical malpractice verdict against Kaiser for failure to inform its patient of a dangerous staph infection which resulted in paraplegia of Plaintiff.  Stuart Chandler’s jury verdict against Kaiser is believed to be the only jury verdict against Kaiser in Fresno County History.

Chandler Law’s client was a farm worker. While inside a portable toilet that was on a trailer that was hitched to a farm labor bus, the bus began to drive off. She fell out and sustained a head injury. Other lawyers rejected the case, saying the farm worker or the bus driver was to blame. We proved that the companies responsible for making the toilet and the trailer were responsible.
